Great design advice, well-organised scheduling, and the install team (Adam, Ethan & Alex) were a pleasure to deal with. They worked hard, were responsive to my requests, and when a minor wiring issue arose, Adam identified and resolved it quickly. The finished install was very neat - you could tell the team took pride in their work. Solar plus batteries is a big spend, and I'm confident I got both the system and the installers exactly right. The Sigenergy app is excellent… and far too addictive! Highly recommended – professional from start to finish Sunshine State Solar installed my Anker Solix X1 battery system, and the experience was excellent throughout. Communication was clear and professional at every stage — quoting, scheduling, and install — with timelines met and strong follow-up. The installation team were outstanding: polite, respectful, and clearly proud of their work. A minor hiccup on the day was resolved quickly, and everything has run perfectly since. The quality of the finish was impressive too, including the safety rails — a thoughtful touch that looks far better than the temporary solutions you often see elsewhere. I purchased my PV system from Sunshine State Solar and Storage about one to two years ago, and my experience has been excellent so far. The installation process was smooth, and the system has been performing reliably. Their after-sales support has also been outstanding — the team has been responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with whenever assistance was required. From sales to install Sunshine State Solar were by far the easiest company to deal with. I had several quotes but Alex was informative, very helpful and provided answers to my numerous questions. The installation team came out, within days of quoting, and were incredible. Wonderful service from start to finish. Alex and Ben, the solar consultants were extremely informative, friendly and easy to deal with.
