Sorry to hear you’re experiencing a problem with your solar system, please note that that you will need to complete some checks of your system prior to lodging a fault and your system must have a fault code to be considered faulty.

We understand that your application will report faults with your solar system, but the absence of information must be inspected at the inverter directly before concluding a problem, as in most cases this is a Wi-Fi connection issue and can be resolved by reconnecting the inverter to Wi-Fi.
